We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Accounts Officer to join our dynamic and friendly Finance team. Reporting to the CFO, the successful applicant’s duties will include but not limited to the following;

  • Daily Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
  • End-to-end accounts receivable, project claims and bond management
  • Assisting overheads and payables and annual budgeting
  • Liaising with project managers, responding to client queries, via telephone and email correspondence
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

The successful Accounts Officer will ideally demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Recently graduated or currently studying towards a qualification within accounts, finance, or relevant field admirable.
  • Good understanding of accounting, accounting systems, principles and account receivable processing
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to build, foster and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external to the business
  • Previous experience with a construction software/platform (desirable, but not essential)
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent work ethic
